S. José Pneus is responsible for the processing of personal data that it collects and processes, in compliance with the requirements expressed in the General Regulation on Data Protection – “Regulamento UE Nº 2016/679 de 27 abril de 2026 transposto pela Lei Nº 59/2019 de 08 de agosto”.

 WHY WE PROCESS YOUR PERSONAL DATA

You have the right to withdraw your prior consent at any time, although this does not compromise the further processing of the data, based on another legal basis, such as the fulfilment of contracts or legal obligation to which S. José Pneus is subject to;

You can exercise your right to limit the processing of your data if you have contested the accuracy of the personal data and during the period between now and S. José Pneus rectifying them;

PROCESSING OF DATA SUBJECTS REQUESTS TO EXERCISE THEIR RIGHTS OVER THEIR DATA

You will be informed of the measures taken in order to comply with your exercise of your right. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the National Data Protection Commission.
