Founded in 1966, the first activity of José Aniceto & Irmão, Lda, was the retreading and sale of tyres, with the company name of Recauchutagem S. José, having as its first motto: Absolute reliability.
At the start of the new millennium, management had the vision of opening a new branch of tyre business in Portugal, with the import and multi-brand distribution of new tyres, in an innovative market perspective. In this new project, the trade name S. José – Logística de Pneus was adopted.
Currently S. José Pneus is one of the leading tyre distribution companies on the Iberian Peninsula, having the most widest variety in the market.
Exclusively sold to tyre professionals, our range extends from tyres for gardening equipment to civil engineering machinery, with passenger, 4×4, commercial, heavy, agricultural, maintenance, industrial MPT and golf tyres in between, as well as inner tubes and retreading.
We are the exclusive importer of the BKT, GOODRIDE, FORTUNE and POWERTRAC brands, as well as the distributors of the main Premium brands.
Dozens of years after its foundation, it is proud to continue to deserve from customers and suppliers, the phrase that was its first motto:

About Us
Founded in 1966, the first activity of José Aniceto & Irmão, Lda, was the retreading and marketing of tyres, with the company name of RECAUCHUTAGEM S. JOSE, having as its first motto: “Absolute reliability”.
At the beginning of the new millennium, management had the vision of starting a new area in its tyre business in Portugal, with the importation and multi-brand distribution of new tyres, in a new market perspective. This new project, adopted the name of S. JOSE- LOGISTICA DE PNEUS.
Currently S. José is one of the leading tyre distribution companies on the Iberian Peninsula, having the most varied product range in the market.
